This is a commercial web site intended for people over the age of 13. Our email address and contact forms are not for use by those under the age of 13. In order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we have elected to prohibit the use of our contact forms by pre-teens. By utilizing our contact form(s) you certify that you are at least 13 years of age or older.

Payment Security
If you make a purchase a product from us we do not receive or hold your credit card details. All of our payment processing is directed through Pay Pal. Payment information is securely entered and processed and is not seen by us at any stage in the transaction. The payment page is secured by - Secure Socket Layer- (SSL) that protects your data transmitted on the internet. Once the payment is completed by PAY PAL you are returned to our website and you will receive a payment confirmation email sent to your email address.

The information that we collect
- Personally identifiable information. This is provided by you when you register for services that we may offer. Examples of these services could include email newsletters or competitions. Providing this information will always be optional for you. However, some services may not be available to you if you chose not to provide it.

However, the Site will allow You to register and establish a profile containing information selected by You to showcase Yourself to Your peers and to the Company’s brand or client personnel that will be visiting the Site to see videos created for its brands and clients ("Creator Profile"). You acknowledge and agree that, if applicable, any information that you place in a Creator Profile will be accessible by all users of the Site. Information contained in the Creator Profile is not considered Personal Information under this Agreement.
Portions of the Site may expressly ask you to register and generate a user ID ("Your Site Unique ID") and password ("Site Password") in order to access and use such portions. Certain other portions may require additional codes. The information that You provide to Powerhouse Entertainment Group during the Powerhouse member registration or renewal process, including without limitation the information listed below, together with any additional information You provide to Powerhouse and information regarding the manner in which You use Your Powerhouse membership is Personal Information, will not be processed or disclosed by Powerhouse Entertainment Group except as permitted by this Policy or as required or allowed by applicable law or legal process.

When possible, the Site will provide You with the means to make sure that Your Member information is correct and current. You may view Your member information by entering the restricted portions of the Site using Your Site Unique ID and Site Password and certain other codes as necessary. To correct any factual inaccuracies, You must edit Your Member Information and hit submit.
Protection of Personal Information
Powerhouse Entertainment Group endeavors to protect the security of Personal Information collected on the Site from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Site uses an encrypted connection when transferring sensitive Personal Information. Powerhouse Entertainment Group also has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard and secure the information Powerhouse Entertainment Group collects online in accordance with industry standards. When Powerhouse Entertainment Group contracts with third parties to perform any services supporting the Site, Powerhouse Entertainment Group will require that the third parties protect the security of the Personal Information collected with comparable security standards.

If You or any other person believes they are a victim of identity theft entitled by law to request information from Entertainment Group, write Powerhouse Entertainment Group at our contact address below and also provide all required information. Powerhouse Entertainment Group will supply without charge the information legally required to be disclosed that Powerhouse then has, subject to applicable law and reserving all of our rights and defenses.
Use of Personal Information & Opt-Out Policy
Powerhouse uses Your Personal Information to operate the Site, to contact You (including without limitation regular e-mail alerts); to effect, enforce, investigate, collect on and account for transactions related to the Site; to adjust Powerhouse offerings of products and services; to provide information to sponsors; and to comply with applicable law. Powerhouse may provide Your Personal Information, or You may provide Your information directly, to sponsors and third parties who are responsible for implementing some of Powerhouse Entertainment Group services (e.g., third party hosting). Unique identifiers are used to verify Your identity.
Powerhouse uses Your Internet Protocol (IP) address to analyze trends, track a user's movement through the Site, help diagnose problems with Powerhouse server, and to administer the Site. IP addresses are not linked to Personal Information.
Powerhouse uses "cookies" to save Your Site Unique ID and Site Password so that You have the option of choosing not to have to re-enter them each time You visit the Site. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to Your computer. The Site contains links to other sites, including to sponsor's sites. Powerhouse is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites or of sponsors.
Powerhouse also uses outside companies to host portions of the Site and the ads. Powerhouse will require that these third parties do not further use or disclose Your Personal Information for any purpose other than providing the services.
